The battle for the top technology spot in consumer’s eyes rages on between Google and Apple, but only the most innovative will survive. Google’s attempt for the top spot continues with their Google Project Glass device that we highlighted a while back. The New York Times claims that Google is in search of designers for their inspector gadget-like spectacles and have been accepting applications as recent as last Wednesday. As of now, Google is selling the glasses to developers for about $1,500. Regular consumers like you and myself will have to wait ’til next year to get our hands on them, but until then check out the videos above and below that show what to expect and what they’re capable of.
